As part of the Golden Jubilee concluding celebrations of Haldia Refinery, Indian Oil Corporation Limited organised an exhilarating river sporting event — The Golden Row – Haldia River Boat Race 2.0 — on 12 January 2026. Paramin Advertising was entrusted with the complete planning and execution of this prestigious assignment.
The event aimed to engage and uplift the local fishing community by providing a prominent platform and showcasing their traditional rowing skills and culture.
The high-adrenaline race spanned approximately 5 kilometres, between Haldi Jetty and Kendamari Jetty. Fifteen boats, each manned by five skilled fishermen, competed in a show of speed and skill.
The event was graced by the presence of IndianOil’s Hon’ble Chairman and senior delegates, along with Paramin’s CEO and team.
